Award Year: September 1, 2007 – August 31, 2008
"Point System" Only will be used to calculate 125 Finalists and 50 Winners
An individual considered for any of the following will be an active supporter of the PT50 Program and is well involved in civic, community & industry related activities. Said individual will have prepared an Entry Form* for the PT50 Award Year.

September 1, 2007 and August 15, 2008
From this Entry Form Realtors will be “Ranked” in the following Categories:
1 pt for Each Closed Sale (Listing and/or Seller Side – up to 2 pts)
Ranking in order of Total Production
1 pt for each Industry Related Designation
1 pt for Membership in any Industry Related Organization
1 pt for any Public, Community or Civic Group Membership
1 pt for any Board, Office or Chair Position in Above Organizations
1 pt for any Award (Community, Real Estate, etc. excluding “in-house” Awards)
Ties in any of the above will result in equal ranking
125 Finalists will be determined by averaging "place" percentages in all Categories
Judging for the following will be done by individuals outside of the industry, based solely on letters of recommendation:
Newcomer of the Year and Career Achievement Award – Limit 1 nominee each per office. He or she must submit the PT50 Entry Form.
Manager/Broker submits verifiable information regarding production as well as a letter of recommendation explaining why nominee should be considered. Recommendations are due no later than September 30th.
Broker of the Year, Manager of the Year, Asst.Manager of the Year and Trainer – Will be awarded ONLY if recommendation is given with thorough details as to why a particular individual should be considered.
Note: Winners will have the opportunity to provide a “press release” to be used in various forms of advertising in the year following their PT50 accreditation.
