Platinum Top 50 Realtor Awards of San Antonio

Qualifications

* All Realtors in Residential Sales will be considered

* Production, Community & Real Estate Involvement & Awards are considered

* Production is submitted and verified by the Realtor's Manager or Broker

* Agent must complete an Entry Form

* As above is complete, top 125 Realtors will be recognized

* Finalists are notified and must provide a current photo 640 x 640 dpi. jpeg format and a

50-70 Word Biography for Publicity Purposes 

* The final fifty (50) are selected based on a point system including production, community and industry involvement as well as education and designations with each Category weighted equally 

* There are "slots" within the PT50 for Realtors who are assisted by a designated "team"

versus those who sell as individual Realtors

* Platinum Top 50's 125 Finalists along with their Managers and Brokers attend an Awards Breakfast where they are recognized and the Platinum Top 50 Realtor Winners are announced

* Advertising and Publicity follows

* Finalists receive a Certificate suitable for framing

* Winners receive an Award Certificate and a PT50 Awards White Gold Pin to which a diamond is added for each additional year's win

* Participating Offices of PT50 Winners receive a Certificate suitable for framing listing Winners from that Real Estate Office

* Awards are given to Trainer, Manager and Broker of the Year as Appropriate

* PT50 Winner's photos and biographies are published on the PT50 Website with link option

* Finalists and Winners are authorized to use the Platinum Top 50 Logo in their advertising the year following their receipt of this recognition
