Traveling West on 1604 from the airport, (cross IH10). Exit Babcock and travel South. You will cross Hausman. Follow the Medallion signs to Eagles Bluff and Medallion’s model home at 7314 Eagle Ledge.

If traveling East on 1604 from Hwy 281 – take the Bulverde Exit North (left). Follow Bulverde Rd approximately 1 mile and you will see Roseheart entrance on your right (flags are usually raised). Turn right into the subdivision and pass through gate (no guard yet). You will come to a stop sign (clubhouse is on your left). Go through the stop sign and you will see the Sitterle models on the right.
