If traveling East on 1604 from Hwy 281 – take the Bulverde Exit North (left). Follow Bulverde Rd approximately 1 mile and you will see Roseheart entrance on your right (flags are usually raised). Turn right into the subdivision and pass through gate (no guard yet). You will come to a stop sign (clubhouse is on your left). Go through the stop sign and you will see the Sitterle models on the right.
